Bryce Lapping practices within the Fiduciary Litigation Group at Howard Stallings, where he represents clients in disputes involving trusts, estates, guardianships, property interests, and other special proceedings.During law school, Bryce served as a teaching assistant in courses pertaining to wills and intestacy, trusts and future interests, and real property. He also gained valuable experience as a legal intern with Carolina Tax, Trusts & Estates (Southern Pines, NC), where he learned about the structure and innerworkings of fiduciary and estate law. He also served as a legal intern with the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Office of the General Counsel, where he honed his research skills and received co-authorship on a formal agency memorandum.Born and raised in Moore County, North Carolina, Bryce is honored to work for a firm and practice group committed to serving fellow North Carolinians. Outside the office, Bryce enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, and talking about your favorite sports team. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
